Any product you ordered from us, if it is defective (incorrect usage excluded) within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

      The photos of original package with front and back sides

      The photos or video of the defective products

      The photos, video or screenshot showing the mal-function of the defective products

We will look into it after receiving the above information and will ask you to return if necessary.

The return process is as follows:

1. Contact us first and inform us the Order No., the items you will return.

2. After we receive your information, we will give you the address, and then you can send the items back to us.

3. Once your return is received and inspected by us, the new package will be dispatched to you within 3 working days.
