shipping method

1. We'll ship your goods to you by air express courier. It is free shipping by China/Hong Kong Post Air Mail with tracking number (orders under 2kg).

2.The choice of courier varies according to the country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of these: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. China EMS is also available for certain countries.

3.For bulk orders we can make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, and we can also offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight.

4. Air express courier: After dispatched from the EachByte warehouse in Shenzhen, China, the shipment goes to the airport in Hong Kong or Guangzhou, and then arrive at your nearest major logistics hub, from where the goods are delivered by the courier's local services.

5. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, we will assist as much as possible.
